Benecare Fostering Agency has a variety of placements and endeavours to accommodate children of all ages, including siblings groups, and more specialised requirements.

Placing Authority Social Workers will receive regular up to date information on each child they place via monthly report on the Foster Carer and the child placed. "Every Child Matters" provides the model used within an "Outcomes" framework.

Positive and consistent placements are created by strategic working partnerships. For this reason we believe that good communication is crucial. We make every effort therefore to keep placing Social Workers well informed of any changes in the circumstances of the child placed with us.

Where   appropriate and possible it is our aim to create long term and permanent placements utilising professional working partnerships. We therefore ensure 24/7 cover to receive referrals.

Respect for our Carers is a fundamental within Benecare - we do our best to ensure that they are supported by very experienced Social Work staff. They provide not only supervision, but adopt a "task centred" approach to various day to day problems Carers can encounter.
