Benecare Fostering is part of Benecare Children's Services founded by Steve Richmond (CQSW).

As a Social Worker himself and with many years experience working in both Public and the Private sectors, Steve identified 'Respect' as being of the most importance in the support and development of Carers.

'Respect' in particular is viewed as a prerequisite in creating a stable, secure and professional service for any children placed with Benecare Foster Carers.

Benecare's Children's Services
Benecare has two Ofsted registered Residential Children’s Homes in the coastal areas of Kent; Ocean Lodge and Charleston House. Established in 2007

Benecare Fostering is an Ofsted registered Independent Fostering Agency. Established in 2008

Steve Richmond is the Managing Director for both Services.

Ocean Lodge was rated as "OUTSTANDING" for 'Keeping Children Safe' catetgory Feb 2010.

Charleston House was awarded OFSTED Certificate of Registration February 2010.

The Benecare objective is to bring stability and opportunity to Children and young people who through no fault of their own have experienced loss, rejection and abuse during their early and formative years.
